The list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 is quite controversial. For many restaurateurs around the world, however, perhaps the most relevant award – in any case the one with the strongest media impact. Accordingly, the list of “best restaurants 2017” received a lot of attention. And again earned criticism.
The Noma in Copenhagen, many years on the first place, at least on but always on the podium, is not there in 2017. This due to the relocation of the restaurant to a new location in Copenhagen. The Osteria Francescana, last year still on place 1, had to give up its place to the Eleven Madison Park in New York. Congratulations to Daniel Humm, Will Guidara and the team!
