Antonin, chef and owner of Le Muosso restaurant in Montreal looks back on an exciting career: from dishwasher to restaurant owner. He dropped out of school 15 years ago to devote himself fully to his culinary passion. After many stations in gastronomy, he opened his first restaurant 6 years ago. And recently fulfilled a long-held dream with the opening of Muosso.
Local, modern cuisine is at the forefront of his creations. In plating, he takes a very reduced and minimalist approach.
“Believe in yourself, believe in your ideas, trust in your projects” is his credo.
