As a young man, he already recognized his great enthusiasm for this profession. After his training at the Tourism School, he first worked in various restaurants on the island. After that, David moved first to London and then finally to Sweden.
We became aware of him through David’s very clear, geometric and great images on Instagram. Colors and an odd number of components are very important to him. Stylistically, in accordance with his vita, he oscillates between Mediterranean and Nordic cuisine.
He finds inspiration in classic sources, cookbooks, local markets, watching fellow chefs and, of course, always on Instagram. The network has brought him many new contacts and friendships in recent years. His most important tip to all young chefs: don’t take the easy way out, no matter how tempting it sounds. Rather, work hard towards your goals and visions – only that will pay off in the end. As so often in life, I would like to concur.
