Looking at the pictures of Richard Karlsson, one is struck by the regular presence of fish and seafood – always staged in a new and exciting way.
This is not least due to his home in the Swedish coastal town of Grebbestadt. Richard, who has been a professional chef for ten years, loves fresh fish. Cod is his favorite. Preferably combined with fresh potatoes, Swedish crab and horseradish.
“Passion for good food is important. Whether professional or amateur, with dedication and love, anyone can develop great creations” he reveals to me his culinary credo.
