Jason Howard, has worked as a professional chef for 15 years. First in Barbados, later in London, there most recently at the Connaught Hotel (two Michelin stars) as sous chef.

His plating fascinates with clear structures and shapes, combined with deliberately used color accents.

Jason describes his style as a work in progress, modern and sometimes classic. Always in search of further development and perfection.

He mostly finds inspiration in nature. To a certain extent, this impression is also reflected in his dishes.
