By chance, I recently stumbled across some videos of the Youtube channel of TOKYOGASTRONOMY – and since then I am completely thrilled by the many, wonderful videos, in which often the most complex dishes are developed and in their presentation completely without a spoken word or any text. Extremely contemplative and absolutely recommendable, maybe a bit crazy…
