A great menu. Summarized as a visual appetizer. Wonderfully staged and superbly filmed. It cannot be emphasized enough how much such a presentation helps to convey the philosophy and quality of a restaurant in a quick and uncomplicated way.

Of course, in addition to the visual impression, the dishes should also be able to keep up in terms of taste – at Björn Frantzén in Stockholm, this is of course assured. High time to finally pack caps and gloves again and start the journey to the north…
