Rasmus Munk’s multi-sensory Alchemist in Copenhagen is once again at the top. Behind him, Restaurant Frantzén (Stockholm) catapults itself into second place, while JAN by Jan Hartwig confirms the highest German position in the history of the list with third place. Surprisingly strong: Bagá in Andalusia (4th) and Schloss Schauenstein in Graubünden (5th), which thus establishes itself as Switzerland’s number one.
