The last visit to Rudi-Dutschke-Strasse 26 was again far too long ago. High time, then, to pay another visit to one of my absolute favorite restaurants and see what has changed. The, in this case, without exception positive news in advance: Little has changed.

Of course, there is a new menu, new dishes, new team members. But the concept, the ambience and especially the quality of the products and their preparation has remained at the same high level. This time we had more time and also looked a bit more intensively at the wine list of the house and made various excursions to wines from the partner house Dreissigacker. However, we start our culinary journey with a small glass of champagne. In addition, the usual small Asian amuse, only the extremely delicious pork belly I missed this time a little.

A visit to Tim Raue is still a great culinary event. Both the focus on great products, their excellent presentations, the strong Asian influences, the uncomplicated service and a beautiful but pleasantly unpretentious ambience are already awakening anticipation…
