Ossobuco alla milanese

It’s certainly no coincidence that we love our traditional Sunday roast so much. Braised dishes that spread their fine fragrance throughout the house hours before serving. Ossobuco is one of those classics from Italian cuisine. Slices of veal leg braised in a full bed of vegetables, topped with fragrant gremolata and served in a nest of creamy polenta.
