And since today almost everyone has a foodie in the household – the choice will hopefully fall on a cookbook. Ideally a good one at that. The last months of the year are virtually predestined for exciting culinary books. Overall, 2015 again shows a clear trend toward meat-free and vegetarian cookbooks. And, that pleases then also the Carnivoren, beside it in addition, selected books for the meaningful, lasting and uncompromising handling of failed meat products.
